A year ago, Liv Morgan was a solid role player on the women’s roster, a “good hand” who could add depth, serve as a challenger of the month, and take a good s**t-kicking when necessary.

Fast-forward to Saturday night, and Morgan was hands-down the MVP of the women’s Elimination Chamber match. Liv did not win the match, but she stood out from the jump, cowering when she thought Jade Cargill was coming to attack her, and then gleefully gloating at Bianca Belair when Naomi became the victim. Her taunting of Belair was fantastic, especially because then she immediately had to contend with Bianca.

Throughout the bout, Morgan found herself in the middle of everything, battling Bianca and taking a whipping – literally – atop the pod. The finishing moment with Belair, Morgan, and Alexa Bliss was fantastic stuff, and Liv was integral to those sequences.

Even though she walked out of the chamber unsuccessful, give Liv her flowers, and don’t sleep on her. She’s firing on all cylinders right now.
