7 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (2 Dec - Results & Review)

6. Who Would’ve Thunk It?

Is Final Testament versus the Wyatt Sicks actually a good feud?

The simmering rivalry deserves praise for simply existing outside the larger WWE wrestling universe without pulling other mainline stars into the mix. The Wyatts can’t exist in a “normal” wrestling universe, and the Final Testament is an ideal act to get sucked into that world.

However, Karrion Kross’ promo on Monday night was legitimately a good one. He acknowledged that he’s “done terrible things” and paid the price for those actions, but he took exception to the Wyatts sending Nikki Cross after his wife Scarlett last week, a bridge too far. This prompted a callout from Karrion for next week (an eight-man tag was announced later) to get his hands on each member of the group.

Kross noted that the Wyatt Sicks “started the fire, but [he was] going to make sure [they] burned in it.” That’s a pretty simple, compact, and visual line. The match probably won’t be the best of the night next week, but WWE is at least ticking all the boxes along the way.
