7 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Raw (27 Nov - Results & Review)

1. No, No, NO

Miz Gunther
WWE

What part of “no” does WWE not understand?

One Intercontinental Championship challenge from The Miz was enough. He lost cleanly, even after he blatantly cheated – twice! – at Survivor Series, so why does this alleged babyface deserve a rematch? Why do fans have to watch Gunther try to once again sell for Miz’s barely-make-contact kicks like they’re shotgun blasts?

But yet, there was Miz, stepping to Gunther backstage and challenging him to another title match, only for the IC champ to scoff and walk away. Unfortunately, WWE rarely lets stuff like that dissipate. Instead, it will resurface next week and Miz will finagle his way into another title match.

Saturday’s match wasn’t that good, period. There’s no reason to expect a second one, especially after WWE blew through it’s best shock near-falls for Miz, will be any better.
