7 Ups & 5 Downs From AEW Dynamite (Nov 11)

1. Major Audio Issues

Remember AEW's early days, when shows were frequently plagued by minor-to-mid-level production issues? Entrance themes were often too low in the mix, announcers' microphones were left on during commercial breaks, and there were particularly notable issues with backstage audio.

It's not like these problems were everywhere, but they showed up too often, hampering the product. Last night, unfortunately, called back to those days.

Jon Moxley cut a good promo on Kenny Omega and the AEW World Title, saying if anyone could beat 'The Best Bout Machine' twice, it's him. Rather than feeding the audio straight from backstage, though, we (presumably) got the arena sound instead. The result was a booming, echoey segment that almost made Moxley and Alex Marvez indecipherable, driving it off the rails.

The producers fixed this by the end of the show, but it was a shame to see this old demon showing its face again.
