Surely WWE doesn’t think we view Sheamus as the bad guy after he did what all of us wanted to do on Monday night.

Backstage and fuming after his loss to Bobby Lashley, Sheamus was railing at the new interviewer who was asking dumb questions when Riddle rolled by on a scooter and started asking 20 questions: Have you seen the Loch Ness Monster? And so on…

Sheamus proceeded to play along a bit and inquired about Riddle’s scooter… and then jabbed him in the stomach with it, dropping the dopey United States Champion and shutting him stupid goofball self up

Presumably, that should set up a US title match for WrestleMania, which should be a hard-hitting contest. But sorry, there’s no way to view the Celtic Warrior as the heel here. He simply was saving our eardrums from Vince McMahon’s ideal stoner impression.
