7 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE Raw (Oct 25)

Downs…

6. The Feud Must Continue

It’s understandable that if rivals both jump brands at the same time during the draft, you might not want to just cut the feud off.

But sometimes, it’s also an opportunity to start fresh, especially when something might not be panning out. Take Carmella and Liv Morgan, who have had five televised one-on-one matches since June (including two in the past month). Both came over from SmackDown, so in their first night on Raw, they naturally faced each other again, making it their third match in a month.

It also meant that Morgan debuted with a loss, despite still being popular with the fans. So if they decide they want her to be a new challenger for the Raw Women’s Championship down the line, she’ll need to establish herself still.

It’s not like this feud was setting the world on fire, and aside from Liv congratulating Corey Graves on his and Carmella’s engagement (after smashing her face into the table), this was entirely forgettable.

Let’s just move on, please.
