7 Ups & 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (Jun 11)

7. Pick Your Own Fight

Another week, another dopy Aleister Black promo.

Here's the thing with these segments: Black's performances have been good. Great, even. He's doing the best he can with shoddy material, but there's little he can do when said material reeks this badly.

Last night's offering saw Black back in his gloomy room, talking about conflict, the lack of resolution in WWE, and his thirst for a fight. "Nobody is stepping up to the challenge," he said, "nobody is at my door." He made a stagehand open his door before getting himself all kinds of fired up, despite for someone to "pick a fight with me," then took a deep breath, trying to calm down again.

Brother, if you want a fight this badly, go and pick one yourself. You're a professional combat sports athlete. Stop this nonsense.
