7 Ups And 10 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 28)

2. That€™s Stacking The Deck?

First off, kudos to WWE for announcing a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match a full week in advance. That hopefully will give fans a reason to tune in to the first Raw of 2016. But you€™ve got to scratch your head at Vince McMahon making the match he did: World champ Roman Reigns will face former champ Sheamus with Mr. McMahon as the special guest referee. Now, bear in mind that Reigns Superman punched Vince two weeks ago, requiring dental surgery. Then on Monday, a confrontation with Roman resulted in McMahon being arrested for grabbing a police officer. So with that in mind, the best Vince could come up with is a title match against a guy Reigns has manhandled the past couple weeks, with his 70-year-old self as the referee? Why not take Roman€™s cue from earlier and book a gauntlet match, or a five-on-one bout? Is Vince just going to fast-count every Sheamus pin and overlook interference from the League of Nations? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_shq_Qvf1AQ Maybe we€™ll get Rusev as guest timekeeper and King Barrett as guest ring announcer. (Actually, reverse that for some hilarious results.)
