7 Ups And 10 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 28)

4. Welcome Back Cena

Lack of excused absence aside, it€™s good to have John Cena back, polarizing figure or not. Face it, Cena is a huge draw for WWE, and his prolonged absence certainly didn€™t help ratings. He spent much of 2015 consistently having some of the best matches on Raw week in and week out, giving a lot of young talent some high-profile time in the ring to shine. Sure, he might be protected and could probably do a little more to really elevate talent to the next level, but Cena being back is a positive for WWE. Even if you boo him, you€™re secretly happy to have him back on Raw, providing you with a reason to boo while you€™re entertained. And it looks like he came back a little salty, referencing Notorious BIG and Jay Z, and then calling Alberto Del Rio a €œpunk b****.€ Hey, if Cena is going to be fired up and leave the poop jokes and Photoshopped pictures at home, then this could be fun.
