7 Ups And 10 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 3)

8. Aaaaand There Goes A Change

Raw Third Hour

It was just two weeks ago that Mick Foley stood in the ring on Raw to announce some changes.

In addition to the 24/7 Championship he unveiled, Foley said the third hour of Raw was going to become gritty, as the LED boards went black and the ringpost lights turned off. The arena lights dimmed too, giving Raw’s third hour a different feel. It was a cosmetic change, but it was at least a different look than the gaudy lights everywhere.

Monday, either someone forgot to turn off the lights, or WWE abandoned this switch, because the LED boards were all lit up throughout the third hour.

So either WWE messed up and forgot (bad), or they just decided after two weeks that it wasn’t working, so they abandoned it.
