7 Ups And 10 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 6)
1. Teddy Longs Gone Senile

That is what WWE was going for when former Smackdown GM Teddy Long came out and started babbling on the mic, right?
If not, then it was embarrassing that they let him out there on a live show like that. Teddy, who was general manager of the blue brand for six years (along with a stint in charge of ECW), came out during a scuffle between the six Money in the Bank ladder match participants and started prattling on about how if he was in charge, hed make a triple threat, fatal fourway, six-pack challenge, etc. (What, no tag team match, playa?)
Stephanie McMahon came out and immediately told Teddy he made no sense and put him in his place, letting him know that no decision was being made about a Smackdown GM Monday night. Later on, Teddy came back and danced in Stephanies office while she tried to figure out how he got past security (The answer: dolla dolla, holla holla). Then he came back again and tried to make a tag team match before finally being kicked out.
So were left with this: Either it was intentional that Teddy looked lost, stumbling over his lines and babbling almost incoherently, or WWE decided to embarrass Teddy in front of a live audience. Either way, did it do anyone any favors? If anything, Long went from being remembered with some affection to looking like an uncle who is slowly losing his faculties.
