Somehow, things were so busy on Raw Monday night that we didnt have any time for a womens division match. Whereas we have seen episodes of Raw with two matches, this simply had an in-ring promo involving Charlotte, Dana Brooke, Becky Lynch and Natalya.

If this promo had been good, it would have been OK, but the entire thing felt awkward. Charlotte half-walked back her comments to her father Ric Flair two weeks ago, saying that her break-up was professional only, that she still wants him in her life personally. That strange apology drew out Becky and Nattie, who doubted her sincerity.

After some sniping back and forth, Becky tried to convince Dana that she would be backstabbed by Charlotte next. Dana appeared to think it over (with some really awkward staring into space like a lost lamb) before feigning a turn and then blasting Natalya. She and Charlotte beat the two women up and left them laying. And that was it.

It wasnt terrible, but it certainly wasnt on the level of Charlottes epic promo on her father. It just felt like they needed to put the Womens Champion on television this week, and they threw this together.
