In an era where WWE loves to book feuds through 50/50 match results, it’s refreshing to see an act get two decisive finishes in a row.

Sometimes it’s OK to book evenly matched wrestlers/teams to trade wins, but it also can be detrimental when you’re trying to elevate a new act. In this case, the Viking Raiders are just starting to get their feet under them on the Raw roster. After months of pummelling jobbers, the duo recently started mixing it up with main roster opponents, with The OC serving as their first serious opponent.

After defeating them last week, the Raiders beat Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson again Monday night, this time with Ivar hitting a huge flying splash for the fun visual of a 300-plus pounder diving from the top rope. It wasn’t as good of a match as last week, but it was solid enough.

Now, here’s hoping they don’t overbook this match or try to have the OC get a win back so they can prolong things.
