7 Ups And 2 Downs From Last Night's WWE NXT (April 13)

This week's episode of NXT was quite good, but it looks like the brand is putting a lot of focus on next week's broadcast. The show looks like the most stacked episode since the Samoa Joe-Sami Zayn number one contendership battle.

The aforementioned Enzo and Cass versus American Alpha match will take place on the show, and a great reaction from the WrestleMania Axxess crowd is pretty much guaranteed. Also announced was a meeting between Samoa Joe and Apollo Crews, which should be excellent. It is, if I'm not mistaken, the first television singles bout between the two men, and it will also serve as Crews's last match with the brand.

Finally, Levis Valenzuela, Jr. is scheduled to make his TV debut as "No Way" Jose, using the character that's been advertised in vignettes for the past several weeks. The gimmick doesn't seem like much of a winner from what NXT's shown us so far, but maybe we'll all be surprised.
