7 Ups And 4 Downs From WWE Raw (13 March - Review)

1. But Can They Co-Exist?

Of course they can’t. But that’s not going to stop WWE from forcing WrestleMania opponents Bianca Belair and Asuka to team up next week against Chelsea Green & Carmella.

Belair dispatched with Green on Raw, only for a 2-on-1 beatdown to commence. Asuka made the save, then danced around with Bianca’s Raw Women’s Championship and began to drool blue goo.

Yeah, that really makes me want to see this title match.

And once again, WWE is doing Belair dirty in the buildup to Mania, shoving her into a tag match with her Mania opponent in a scenario where you know it’s going to end in conflict. Even Bianca tweeted her disapproval Monday night when the match was made official.

What a dumpster fire disaster this feud is. In reality, it should be the easiest thing to book: Dominant champ for the past year faces one of the most feared wrestlers on the roster who has tapped into her scary past. A video package could explain it all for the audience, then have Asuka demolish a few people on Raw to set the stage.

Seriously. It was that easy to book. But we’ve got this mess.
