Roster depth is a hell of a thing. When you actually have enough wrestlers, you can push certain ones over the course of several weeks without having them defeat the same superstars repeatedly… or worse, go 50/50.

Witness Bronson Reed, who’s continued to make his way through the undercard of the Raw roster. Monday night, he demolished Elias, running over him and then squashing him with a Tsunami splash. It’s a very simple formula that works more often than not: Give a guy with an impressive moveset the opportunity to display that arsenal and give him convincing wins over established superstars.

Reed might not have anything to do at WrestleMania (unless the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is coming back), but he’s poised to make a strong push after the big show.
