7 Ups And 5 Downs For Last Night's WWE Raw (New Year's Eve)

4. Bliss’ Moment

No offense to Alexa Bliss, but Monday’s announcement that the former Raw Women’s Champion and former head of the women’s division will get her own talk show was a cringeworthy moment.

It’s not that Bliss herself is terrible by any stretch, but we’ve seen her do lengthy in-ring segments (think, “Bayley, This Is Your Life” and her interview segments with Sasha Banks and Bayley), and they’ve stunk up the joint. There just isn’t a great track record of the writers giving her good material to work with.

Sure, we’ll go into next week with an open mind, but Bliss has prior bad segments to overcome If she meanders around in a painfully long and dull segment, then we’re all gonna have a huge dose of regret.
