A few weeks ago, John Cena dropped a semi-subtle hint at a match against The Undertaker.

Monday night, he came right out and said that he should do something he should’ve done a long time ago: call out The Undertaker for a match at WrestleMania. The crowd exploded, clearly into the idea of these two legendary wrestlers facing off at the biggest show of the year.

And then Cena revealed that he doesn’t make the matches and was already told that that match wasn’t possible.

Seriously, what the hell? Why bother getting fans worked up just so you can disappoint them? And now, if Cena’s opponent for Mania is anything less than amazing, it’ll be a complete letdown. Fans now have it in their heads of Cena/Taker.

Just a dumb move.
