7 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 30th)

3. Mizdow And The Sounds Of Silence

Damien Mizdow had his big moment Sunday night when he finally stood up to his boss the Miz and tossed him from the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, getting fired in the process. This declaration of independence should have triggered a singles push for Damien, but instead of coming out Monday as his own person, he entered to Miz€™s music, wearing the same gear and still using the Mizdow name. The result for Mizdow€™s match against Stardust was largely silence from the raucous crowd, save for his entrance and a few signature spots. The thing that really popped the crowd was the return of the Miz to attack Damien after the match. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veb08zyZPOI If WWE wants Damien Mizdow to remain someone the fans at least somewhat care about, he should come out and cut a blistering promo (and we know he can hang on the mic), disavowing his name €“ returning to Sandow €“ and vowing to break Miz€™s moneymaker so he won€™t bore fans to tears with his direct to DVD movies anymore.
