Ups...

7. Garza Nets Win

After weeks of being glorified jobbers, Zelina Vega’s charges needed to get a win under their collective belts. And with Andrade losing his United States Championship to open Raw, it was imperative that Angel Garza pick up a win.

So Garza jumping Kevin Owens before their match, attacking the knee and then targeting it throughout the match, directly leading to his victory, was a nice storyline that played out well. The match itself wasn’t anything special, and we really deserve a good rematch, but for what we got Monday night, it worked, and it helped push back against his string of bad luck.

Now, what happens next week and beyond will help shape overall direction and sentiment, but we’ll give this a thumbs-up this week.
