2. Jericho Goes Old School

If you’re a longtime fan of Chris Jericho, the List of Jericho was a great callback to one of his most infamous moments in WCW.

During an outstanding feud with Dean Malenko, a young Jericho took exception to his opponent’s “Man of 1,000 Holds” nickname, declaring that he knew 1,004 holds. He took the mic after a match on Nitro and produced a list of holds and proceeded to recite them – although about half the moves were “armbar,” and there was a Dr. Seuss reference mixed in. It was a classic moment in Jericho’s career.

So when Y2J started raving about a list and went to the ring with his clipboard to read off everything that made the list, fans couldn’t help but recall that classic segment. And indeed, Jericho rattled off some silly items, then started adding random things to the list as he went, finally declaring that he was putting everyone in the arena on the List of Jericho.

If you made that list, consider it a badge of honor.
