7 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 15th)
3. Brock Is Back
So a little more than two months after becoming the biggest babyface in the company and immediately being suspended, Brock Lesnar made his triumphant return to WWE Monday night, and he wasted no time in re-establishing himself as the Alpha male in the company. Lesnar was last seen on the Raw after WrestleMania when Seth Rollins backed out of a WWE World Heavyweight Championship return match (Rollins having won the title from Lesnar by pinning Roman Reigns at Mania) and Brock went berserk, attacking Michael Cole (no mention of Coles attempted lawsuit) and a cameraman. Those actions led to Brock being suspended. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTUtP6pBZU8 The Authority, in some weird tough love moment, reinstated Lesnar and named him Rollins next opponent at Battleground. It was funny to see the difference in Brock since his last appearance. While his entrance wasnt any different, the memory of his last appearance and the fact that he was staring down the hated world champ made Brock the top face just like that. It didnt hurt that he was sporting a brand new T-shirt that had a Suplex City exit road sign (Exit F5, by the way) with a destination of Cleveland, Ohio (location of Raw Monday). But just like that, the landscape of WWE changed.
