6. Does Anyone Care About Lashley?

Remember when Bobby Lashley was part of an angle that closed out numerous episodes of Raw and was seemingly the focus of the promotion for several weeks?

Yeah, neither do we.

Lashley has gone from a focal point to being cannon fodder for R-Truth at Super Showdown. Monday’s return to action and squashing of Zack Ryder might be considered a good thing, but what’s his direction? He’s not involved in the United States Championship conversation, he’s not in a tag team, and he’s nowhere near on the level of the WWE Championship right now.

Hell, he’s more likely to be sacrificed to Drew McIntyre to get him even more over than he is to be McIntyre’s first challenger after WrestleMania.

You’ve got to start to build back up sometime, but does anyone really think this is going to lead somewhere?

Scott is a former journalist and longtime wrestling fan who was smart enough to abandon WCW during the Monday Night Wars the same time as the Radicalz. He fortunately became a fan in time for WrestleMania III and came back as a fan after a long high school hiatus before WM XIV. Monday nights in the Carlson household are reserved for viewing Raw -- for better or worse.
