2. Black, Murphy Light It Up One Last Time

Watching Buddy Murphy and Aleister Black tee off on each other is a guilty pleasure. They laid in some pretty solid kicks and strikes during their third match-up Monday night.

Black was on fire as usual, but Murphy matched him strike-for-strike. Buddy even hit Murphy’s Law for a 2 count, with the ropes saving Aleister. In the end, Murphy fell to two Black Masses, giving Aleister a decisive 3-0 victory in their feud.

While you could argue that losing three consecutive matches is a negative for Murphy, they were about as hard-fought matches as you could imagine, and this bout served a greater purpose shortly thereafter.
