If only WWE had just done this a month ago.

We had to suffer through Shane McMahon conquering the man who conquered cancer, but Monday night, Roman Reigns got a modicum of retribution. After watching Shane and his cohorts celebrate in a VIP lounge for most of the night, Reigns stormed the room, took out the Revival and Drew McIntyre, and chased McMahon to the ring, where he destroyed him with a Superman Punch and spear.

Shane, who kicked out of several of Roman’s high-impact moves and hung with him for a good while at Super Showdown, was completely obliterated in seconds, which is what should have happened all along. Reigns, to his credit, didn’t go into a long soliloquy about losing at Super Showdown. He called out Shane, and when he didn’t come out, Reigns went after him.

That’s more like it.
