There is certainly an opportunity to gripe about jobbing out the Street Profits in an unannounced TV match this early in their WWE tenure, but that’s not what we’re here to do.

Credit to the writers for simply having the Viking Raiders acknowledge that they have been looking for worthy challengers but have only found cannon fodder. The Raw Tag Team Champions issued an open challenge for the titles, and the Profits answered. Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford hit them with a blitz early and had a spirited, but short, match, with the Raiders defending their titles.

Afterward, the teams showed respect to each other, which was a nice way to blunt the Profits’ loss a bit. And after all, your tag champs have been treated like unbeatable monsters, so they really should run through most of their challengers at this point, right?
