So€ was this the grand plan all along? Was WWE actually thinking several weeks ahead when they set out to have Kevin Owens lose multiple matches in a row, including a couple to Dolph Ziggler, only to have KO win the Intercontinental Championship Monday night? If that was the plan€ it still stinks. Losing streaks do not begat winners. If the losing streak was leading to some Owens epiphany, then they might have had something, but instead, KO took advantage of an opportunity Monday to pin Tyler Breeze and win the IC title back without having to pin champ Dean Ambrose. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M0Kbrp27Mo So Owens lost his title and a really good feud to Ambrose, then went on a losing streak, only to win the Intercontinental Championship through a backdoor.
