So was this the grand plan all along? Was WWE actually thinking several weeks ahead when they set out to have Kevin Owens lose multiple matches in a row, including a couple to Dolph Ziggler, only to have KO win the Intercontinental Championship Monday night? If that was the plan it still stinks. Losing streaks do not begat winners.
