7 Ways The Rock Can Help WWE In 2014

7. Step Up In Daniel Bryan's Absence

This image is one that WWE and its fans were surely hoping they would never see. The biggest reason for that is because Daniel Bryan had one of the best years in recent WWE history. His popularity rose as part of Team Hell No with Kane and that directly translated to a singles run up the company ladder on Monday Night Raw. It was there that his career exploded, as he became the focal point of WWE's top storyline against Randy Orton and The Authority. His elevation led to WrestleMania 30 and the WWE World Championship. It was the culmination of a career long journey to the top, one that some fans likely believed would never come to be. Daniel Bryan had achieved greatness and he did it with the support of fans from every walk of life. But his recent neck surgery has lowered fan morale and caused a major hole on WWE's main event scene. The Rock could help in both areas. No one can replace Daniel's heart and fighting spirit and when he returns, he will be back under the spotlight where he belongs. But until then, Rocky can help fill the void that the Yes Movement leader has left behind.
