7 Ways The Rock Can Help WWE In 2014

1. Put Roman Reigns Over

Roman Reigns has been hailed as WWE's next top guy. The Shield's strongman has everything it takes to succeed on that level; he has the look, the talent and is extremely marketable. Roman is everything that WWE wants in a top star. All he needs is the right man to give him that main event rub. Could The Rock be that man? Both men are from the celebrated Anoa'i clan, one of the most respected families in professional wrestling. And even though The Shield beat down The Rock back in 2012, the fact is that history could be used to WWE's advantage. It would not necessarily have to mean a heel turn for either man, as the match itself could be presented as two very proud men battling it out on the main event stage with their family watching. And that stage would be WrestleMania 31 for the WWE World Championship. This is perhaps the biggest reason why doing business with The Rock would be the right move. Rocky could give the rub to Roman at Mania, essentially passing the torch to the next generation. It would establish Roman as the top guy and it would reinforce the notion that Rocky is all about business. Of all the things that The Rock could do for WWE, helping them move along for the future would by far be the best. Working Roman at WrestleMania would put the Samoan Superman extremely high on the food chain as his name would almost certainly become very well known outside of WWE circles. The Rock would give back and WWE would move ahead. There is no better move than that.
