7 Ways To Make WWE Kings And Queens Matter Again

6. Immunity

Now admittedly, this provision would only carry weight under certain circumstances, such as a heel winner, or a much-maligned babyface who has been beleaguered by a rogue GM.

But the idea of the new King/Queen being immune from being fired could be interesting in limited doses. A heel victor bullying a GM knowing s/he can’t be punished could wear thin quickly, but it also could put them on an upward path. And a beaten-down hero now having this power to stand up to the villains could provide a nice counterweight.

Imagine if Daniel Bryan won this power back in 2013 at the height of his battles with The Authority and thus could fight back without the fear of Big Steph emasculating and canning him.

Of course, this power would need a reserved and calculated approach from WWE, which we know isn’t their forte. So that’s why this is so low on this list.
