7 Ways WWE Has Screwed Up Cesaro's Career This Year

3. Taking Away The Giant Swing Move Was A Poor Decision

The Cesaro Swing move took on a life of its own late in 2013 and in the start of 2014. He started to get cheered for it just because it was something we might have done as kids, yet here was this guy doing it in the ring to these large men. It made those guys look like wimps compared to him. It was a fun wrestling move you don't see every day. All we want is to have fun! Following WrestleMania 30, Cesaro stopped doing the Cesaro Swing. The logic behind it is that a heel shouldn't be doing a move that gets a babyface top. Since they kept him as a heel after he was managed by Paul Heyman it didn't make sense for him to do the swing anymore because the fans were cheering him for it. It upset fans that he stopped doing it, but that's the point as a heel. When I was at a live event three weeks ago, Cesaro was in a match against Kofi Kingston. He dominated a majority of the match. When it was time to go for the Cesaro Swing spot the crowd cheered because we wanted to see it. Instead, Cesaro let Kingston go, looked right at us and did a crotch chop as if to say it's not happening. Good heel move. If Cesaro turns babyface he's going to bring back the swing spot because fans love it. As long as he's a heel the move is not coming back.
