This match was horrific. In May 2010, Kane claimed that his brother The Undertaker was found in a vegetative state and vowed revenge on the unknown attacker. At Summerslam, it was revealed that Kane was the attacker and they subsequently fought for the World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions. Here, Paul Bearer returned to Takers side in order to restore his powers. At the Hell in a Cell PPV, their match was slow, dull and descended into farce after Kane reversed a Tombstone Piledriver into his own. Taker kicked out, so Kane attacked the referee. Whilst the officials were swapped, Bearer snuck into the ring and, after conning fans into thinking Kane was going to attack him, he waited for his moment in the corner. Undertaker stood up, gave Kane a Chokeslam and then special effects accompanied his cut throat gesture which is weird. Bearer turned on Taker by throwing the urns contents into his face and, after a nice three-way discussion, Kane smashed the urn into Taker and finished the match via Chokeslam. All these mystical moments shatter the illusion and, if someone walked into the room at that moment, is something youd be embarrassed about. This match was below-par, followed by a hokey ending and a turn that nobody cared about. Kane went on to make it three from three by also winning at Bragging Rights.
