6. What’s Up Rowan?

Who would have guessed post-brand split that Braun Strowman would have fared the best out of the Wyatt Family?

Man, Erick Rowan is the ultimate loser in WWE. Usually when someone returns they at least get to look strong their first night back before feeling just like everyone else, but "Big Red" didn't even get that luxury. He didn't even get one segment.

He opened up SmackDown by returning with a nice, new mask, but was quickly beaten down and chased off after taking part in his first appearance on TV in six months. Naturally, he then took the pinfall at the end of the night, just so we could be assured that he was neither scary nor credible in the ring. You would have thought that new mask would have got him something! What a waste of plastic.

Now, no matter what, Rowan just isn't going to be a WrestleMania main-eventer, but if this is all they had in mind for him, then why can't they just let the Wyatt Family die? It pains me to say that because they were once so damn good. But it's time to let this thing go.

Rowan has already left the group multiple times and yet keeps coming back. Then there's Luke Harper who can't get himself out of the stable's vicinity either. He can't just go backstage and pick a fight with anyone else on the roster; he's stuck talking to lightbulbs forever. Bray Wyatt continues talking a big game about how he's going to eat people's souls, but as far as I can tell, not one single soul has been eaten yet on the SmackDown roster. Well, except maybe Tyler Breeze's.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
