Although Tyler Mane wasn't exactly a massive wrestling superstar, he certainly had quite an extensive career in the industry. Mane trained with the legendary Stu Hart in Canada when he was a teenager, as well as with Red Bastian and Mando Guerrero, before officially starting his career under the ring name "Skywalker Nitron" in his native Canada. His career took him to South Africa, the United Kingdom, Japan, Puerto Rico and Mexico before he finally made it to the big leagues with World Championship Wrestling in 1993. Using the ring name "Big Sky", Mane teamed with Vinnie Vegas AKA Kevin Nash. When Nash left WCW for the WWE, Mane's career in the company went downhill. He left and joined Herb Abrams' Universal Wrestling Federation - becoming the company's only UWF MGM Grand Champion. After Abrams' death and the eventual dissolving of the UWF in 1996, Mane retired from wrestling. Mane has since appeared in numerous films - most notably as the iconic Michael Myers in the rebooted Halloween franchise - but in the year 2000 he appeared in the first X-Men movie as Sabretooth - a snarling feline-like mutant and henchman of Ian McKellen's Magneto. He would, however, be replaced by Liev Schreiber when the character was recast for X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
