7 Wrestlers Whose Stock Dropped The Most In 2019

In 2018, Alexa Bliss was the WWE Raw Women's Champion and one of the promotion's top heels. In fact, at that point in time, she was one of the biggest stars in the company, period.

However, following an injury she suffered in the latter part of the previous calendar year, 'The Goddess' has seen her role slowly diminish.

At present, she is miscast as a babyface and part of a tag team with Nikki Cross that's been stale for months now. The former Elimination Chamber winner is getting less television time and virtually no time on the mic, which is where she truly shines.

It's unclear exactly why, but based on recent events, it appears WWE has soured on one of their most talented female performers. In fact, Bliss recently took to social media to express her displeasure with the situation.

The former women's champ is only twenty-eight and still has all the tools that helped get her to the top, so (assuming she hasn't upset the wrong people) there's a good chance she'll bounce back in the coming year.

That being said, 2019 certainly wasn't the year of 'The Goddess'.
