Any time WWE goes to Chicago there's always a familiar chant: "CM Punk! CM Punk! CM Punk!" They love their local hero and always find a way to chant his name even after he left the company over a year ago. Chances are good that when the crowd is bored they're going to start up the CM Punk chants as a way to entertain themselves. The chants for CM Punk have actually gone down when WWE has gone there in the recent past, but for a PPV show with longer matches there's still a very good chance we hear people chanting his name. Punk lives in Chicago and will be in town for the C2E2 Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo convention from Friday to Sunday, so he will be around, but we should not expect to see him at Extreme Rules. Imagine if he showed up as a fan? Not happening. We all know that things have gone south with Punk and WWE to the point that WWE's Dr. Chris Amann is suing Punk for unflattering comments, so even though the chants might happen we won't see Punk. There could even be chants for Punk's wife AJ Lee, who recently retired. Maybe we'll hear chants for AJ during the Divas Title match. That isn't a sure thing, though.
