7 WWE Hell In A Cell Matches You Forgot Ever Happened

2. Mark Henry vs Randy Orton (Hell In A Cell, October 2, 2011)

Poor Randy. Almost a year to the day after he and Sheamus played second fiddle to Kane and Taker in the HIAC sweepstake, Randy was first on again, this time attempting to avoid becoming an inductee into Mark Henry's Hall Of Pain as The World's Strongest Man continued what was by a margin the best run of his career. Henry was 15 years into his career at this point but was cutting such convincing promos and being booked like such a beast that his title reign was, against all odds, pretty damn solid. Orton, who had lost the World Heavyweight Title to Henry a month earlier, had long been established as one of the company's most reliable workers, thus providing the perfect foil to Henry's Kick. Punch. Slam. Repeat. approach. Sadly, despite the two putting on a solid enough showing, this Cell match was to be quickly overshadowed by Alberto Del Rio inexplicably going over CM Punk and John Cena in a triple threat HIAC later on that night. Ah, The Autumn Of Punk. LOL.
