7 WWE Hell In A Cell Matches You Forgot Ever Happened

1. CM Punk vs Ryback And Paul Heyman (Hell In A Cell, October 27, 2013)

Yup, one year after their first lock-up inside Satan's Structure ended with that horrendous Brad Maddox referee heel turn...thing....CM Punk and Ryback faced off in the Cell once again, with the added bonus of Paul Heyman thrown into the mix for good measure. Of course, in actuality, Ryback was to once again serve as collateral in a bigger picture - in this instance the ongoing feud between Punk and Heyman, with the whole match basically thrown together as an excuse to see Heyman get his ass whupped by Punk to draw their angle to a close. And, in fairness, Heyman took his retribution like a pro, with the sight of him getting kendo'd atop the Cell making for a fun enough spectacle that just about warranted the whole thing happening. Of course, given that Punk and Ryback had already had a HIAC match one year earlier, there was an unshakeable sense of deja vu about this one that killed its vibe a tad - and the fact that Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan would be having a Cell match of their own later on that night with none other than HBK serving as special guest referee meant that all eyes were on the main event. Ah, the Autumn Of Bryan. LOL.
