7 WWE Midcarders That Should Break Through In 2015
4. Bad News Barrett
Just because he's out of sight doesn't mean we should be forget about the man that is the bearer of bad news. Wade Barrett's been out for several months with a shoulder injury and he's set to return to action in December or January. It's unfortunate that he got injured when he did because he was on fire as the Intercontinental Champion. It seemed like he was going to get a big push after holding that title. Instead, he got hurt and now he's watching things from home. Since fans are supportive of his "I'm afraid I've got some bad news" catchphrase, it wouldn't be a complete shock if he were to come back as a babyface. However, his strength is as a guy in the heel role that's a legitimate badass that isn't afraid to say or do anything to get heat from the fans. He's an old school type of heel. Considering WWE's face side is loaded with talent, he has a chance to return as a hot heel whenever he gets back into things. WWE fans have been waiting to see Bad News Barrett ascend the ranks again just like he did in 2010. Perhaps 2015 will be the breakout year for him. Hopefully he can stay healthy and hopefully management has faith in him because he deserves a chance as much as anybody.
