7 WWE Stars Fired Because Of The Internet

5. Jessicka Havok

Although not exactly fired, Jessicka Havok's chances of landing an NXT developmental deal were scuppered when damning social media posts emerged during her June 2015 tryout. The former TNA Knockouts Champion was revealed to have posted several tweets containing racist, homophobic, and generally abusive language throughout 2011 and 2012, effectively ruining her chances of a WWE contract. She began to delete Havok attempted to shift the blame in an interview with TalkTNAPodcast cost Dave Gilbert, claiming that she didn't remember tweeting half of the posts, and that they could have potentially have stemmed from an ex who "used to play around on phone". She then posted a series of apologetic tweets, but emphasised that they shouldn't be taken seriously and were just "inside jokes" between friends. Unfortunately for Havok, the WWE took her actions very seriously indeed - regardless of the fact that they occurred several years previously - and refused to sign her despite a reportedly impressive tryout.
