7 WWE Superstars With Crazy Workout Routines

1. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar Workout It€™s no small feat to train harder than an Olympic champion, but then again Brock Lesnar is no small guy. The internet is littered with Lesnar workout videos and they€™re all pretty insane. Of course, much of this footage pertains to his days in the UFC€”where he would put himself through round after round of full-body exercises. But even in his WWE days he was a physical freak of nature. The aforementioned Kurt Angle recalls Lesnar benching over 600 lbs and squatting over 1,000€”absolutely phenomenal numbers for a 260 pounder. Those comments were in fact made in 2011, when Lesnar was of course a UFC fighter. Angle doesn€™t mention whether he was talking specifically about Lesnar€™s WWE or UFC days, but given that he was of a similar size during his stints in either field, we can assume that the reigning, defending WWE Champion was training just as hard when he called the squared circle his home. It€™s also worth mentioning that many commenters doubted the validity of Angle€™s figures. But remember that Angle is a legitimate athlete from perhaps the most competitive background of all. Thus for him to be praising Lesnar shows just how much of a beast this guy is. For that reason, Lesnar pips his former foe to the no. 1 spot in this particular list. But what did you think of these workouts? And furthermore are there any other Superstars out there who are perhaps more deserving of a mention? Please feel free to comment below with your thoughts on these questions, as well as any of the other topics that were covered in the piece.
