Believe it or not, Naomi has been a part of the WWE system for over six years, having debuted on NXT (back when it still carried a competition show format, mind you) in 2010. She has received several start-and-stop pushes since then as one-half of The Funkadactlys and as one-third of Team B.A.D., but nothing seemed to stick.

Naomi spent multiple months this year on the shelf rehabbing an injury, but upon her re-debut on SmackDown Live in late July, she debuted an all-new character that saw her wear glow-in-the-dark attire down to the ring. She had done something similar before wearing flashing sneakers during her matches, but this was taking it one step further and she instantly captured the attention of the audience.

While she has always been tremendously talented and an exceptional athlete, Naomi was never given the chance to showcase her skills in a full-fledged feud. In fact, she is still searching for that one true rivalry that will define her character, but it has been a fantastic few months for her as she has flourished as a babyface and finally found her stride.
