8 Annoying Traits WWE Stars Need To Stop RIGHT NOW

6. Michael Cole Sneering At Jonathan Coachman

Anyone who enjoyed the snappy banter of legends like Bobby Heenan or Jerry Lawler must see value in Corey Graves as a heel-favouring git on Raw and SmackDown. When he barks at Byron Saxton or Jonathan Coachman, it fits his role nicely, and it doesn't feel out of place.

When Michael Cole does it? Not so much.

Cole is supposed to be an impartial presence on WWE broadcasts. He's the "voice of WWE", after all, and he shouldn't be acting like the smartest kid in the class. Unfortunately, he relies on that far too much and calls out Coach for occasionally saying something silly. In such instances, it'd be preferable if Cole didn't sneer or sarcastically quip that his co-worker is an idiot.

Leaving that to Graves (the heel) would be best. It's not cool for Cole, a genuinely good WWE-style announcer, to deride or belittle others just because he can't think of anything else to say. This is a hangover from Cole's heel run that has to go.
