5. Team Mexamerica - Del Rio, The Lucha Dragons & Los Matadores
Before the pitchforks and torches get handed out, I'm well aware that Los Matadores are Puerto Rican - however, WWE have never been shy of muddying nationalities to serve the purpose of an angle. Alberto Del Rio's return has seen him adopt a 'Mexamerican' gimmick alongside Zeb Colter, where the pair preach about how their two nations must be united as one. In the past couple of weeks, rumours have been flying around regarding the potential expansion of the pair into a stable, and where better to add a few teammates than in the build to Survivor Series. Los Matadores haven't been seen on screens since Diego attacked El Torito on SmackDown. The pair are thought to be awaiting a return, potentially repackaged as heels. Meanwhile, the Lucha Dragons are effective babyfaces due to their colourful appearances and high-flying antics, but have been stuck in a rut for a while now. Maybe a heel turn is the only way to go.
