If one takes a look at the SmackDown roster along with the matches we assume will take place at SummerSlam. Bray Wyatt is the only other name with the credibility to challenge Ambrose for his title at the show. Okay, I know, 'Bray Wyatt' and 'credibility' aren't exactly best friends, but Wyatt is clearly a top level guy regardless of how many feuds he loses.

Outside of a Money in the Bank match for the vacant title, Wyatt has never challenged for the WWE Championship. The Eater of Worlds frequently talks of power, and what could possibly give him more power than holding the most prestigious prize in the game?

It is high time that WWE truly pulls the trigger on Bray Wyatt, and SummerSlam could be the beginning of this. One issue is that Ambrose and Wyatt have faced off many times in the past, meaning the match itself is far from fresh and most likely not so enticing to the WWE Universe.

The title being on the line surely changes this however. Bray is positioned to be one of the biggest beneficiaries of the brand split, and this could come to fruition sooner rather than later.
