1. Eddie Guerrero (C) vs JBL - WWE Championship - Judgment Day 2004
For number 1 on our list, we head back to the same PPV as #2, but a year prior, and once again with JBL. Before winning the WWE title from Brock Lesnar in an incredible match at No Way Out, Eddie Guerrero was arguably the WWE's top star. With his charisma, wrestling talent, and a creative gimmick & match finishes, Eddie had built his fan-base all his own, and was truly on his way to becoming one of wrestling's greatest comeback stories. After WrestleMania, Eddie was inserted into a feud with good friend JBL, who had been freshly repackaged for the millionth time. We'd soon find out that Eddie took being the champion very personally, and was constantly afraid of letting his fans down. So, during this match he thought that he needed to get a bit of juice, problem is, he went WAY over board, and almost did permanent harm to himself. When Eddie first stands up after cutting himself, you can clearly see the gash carved into his forehead. It looks like he had a pickaxe tapped in his wrist or something. After that, it literally begins to pour. I'm honestly shocked they didn't stop the match, because as you can see up there, he almost covered the ENTIRE ring with his blood. Him and JBL were both drenched from head to toe, and circling the ring was various pools of Eddie's blood that damn near made a moat. If you haven't seen it, the pictures nor my description do it justice, you need to see it. Beyond that, this match also speaks to Eddie's greatness, as he was able to get a damn good match out of JBL, and an even better one later on with the Texas Bull Rope match. Seriously. A pickaxe.
Caliber Winfield is more legend. Despite making up every rumor himself, they're all true. He's so manly he has to shave his eyeballs, and he was mistaken for The Rock as well as Ryan Gosling in the same day, both men said it was the greatest day of their life when they heard the news.
