This isnt a question of whether fans will turn on Roman Reigns in his match against Cesaro on Monday, its a question of how badly fans will treat Reigns as he beats on the leader of the Cesaro Section. Its a baffling booking decision in some ways. WWE had the brackets set up to have Roman conquer big guys and brawlers like Big Show and Sheamus on his way to being world champion, but instead Cesaro advanced over Sheamus. Thats not an outright criticism of having Cesaro win, but the reality is that WWE has now booked an extremely popular Cesaro against their star of the future, whom fans seem to be split on. In that situation, its easy to imagine fans openly booing everything Reigns does and cheering Cesaro, then turning completely on Reigns when he hits a Superman punch on a springboarding Cesaro and then spears him for the 1-2-3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F8tbafDeTUQ Maybe that is all setting Reigns up to turn at Survivor Series and align with the Authority (remember that Triple H pointed out that Roman will never win over all the fans no matter what). Or maybe Vince McMahon has cotton in his ears and just doesnt care.
