When you think of Randy Savage's in-ring work with the WWF, you automatically think of Ricky Steamboat, and that type of connection would be easy to take advantage of here. Announcing Steamboat as the man who will induct Savage into the Hall makes sense, and it would get a nice pop. "The Dragon" remains over with WWE crowds whenever he makes sporadic appearances on television. Steamboat was never known for his promos, but he doesn't need over-the-top speaking mannerisms to deliver a good, entertaining Hall Of Fame speech.
