8 Hidden Meanings Behind AEW All Out Attires

7. Brandi Rhodes - Seven Of Nine

Seven Of Nine
AEW/CBS

A sartorial choice certain to pump the blood of the fans in attendance, Chief Brand Officer cosplayed as Seven Of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct of Unimatrix 01. Or simply 'Seven Of Nine' for short.

According to The Internet, Seven Of Nine is a character from Star Trek: Voyager - a former Borg drone who joins the crew of the titular starship. The character is cold, emotionally unavailable, and has an inability to emulate human speech, and so perhaps this was in fact yet another riff on the Stephanie McMahon character. This isn't just facetious b*llocks; per Wikipedia, Seven Of Nine made advances towards a 'Harry Kim', but was turned down.

Same thing (allegedly) happened with Steph and Ultimo Dragon, incredibly.

The character was introduced as a surrogate for Spock from the original series, in an attempt to replicate the odd couple chemistry he shared with Captain Kirk. Stephanie was introduced in an attempt to replace creative in 2002, at which point WWE promos became stilted and uncannily inhuman.

Brandi basically dressed up as Steph Of Nine at All Out.
