2. Kevin Owens Returns!

The closing moments of Roman Reigns Vs Sami Zayn - and arguably even more so the moments after those - have been hotly debated since Zayn heroically and defiantly swung a chair at 'The Tribal Chief' at the Royal Rumble.

Ultimately, if and when Challenger loses to Champion, there is a crushing inevitablity to Jey Uso being the one to make it so. 'Main Event Jey Uso' lingers long in the memory, but its been the fallacy of him one day returning to the spot that has kept him on the hook for this long. By remorsefully choosing Roman yet again, Jey will keep The Bloodline from collapsing entirely even if the end is still nigh.

This will naturally trigger the return of a battered, bruised but never-beaten Kevin Owens to set up the inevtable Tag Team Title match this whole thing serviced all along. The Usos as conflicted heels is a nicer story for the big event too, potentially giving Jey his headline match after all should this feel big enough for Night One.

Is Cody Rhodes anywhere near any of this this? Short answer is No - it'd be needlessly destructive to all the hard work the company have done readying him as the real challenger to serve him up to an audience that prefers a minimum of two other babyfaces.

This payoff splits the Bloodline (too thinly) across both shows, with a Road To WrestleMania clearer - and more cathartic - than ever.
